Don't bother
The property is more concerned with their branding then with the condition of the rooms. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Self parking is 8 min walk from hotel directions to garage were a joke next to pizza place......no idea where that is because the roll downs are down and no signage. Water stains on walls broken shower the worst bed out of hundreds of hotel beds I slept in. The hotel was so uncomfortable I checked out early. When I went to check out ......I got a you are booked till tomorrow. I said I need a bed that I can sleep in. She said ok you owe room tax for 2 days and parking fees for 2 days. Mind you I only spent 1 night there.

Give yourself a break
Great time here. Got the room in the picture. Loads of space. Spotlessly clean, cosy, huge (firm) bed. Hotel position great, the downside is car parking but they do their best to work with you as the hotel is in a restricted access zone in the old part of town. Being there though you are in the middle of everything, all walkable, and Trento is well worth a visit. Even tried the hotels bar and were well catered for.

Great place, great location, and great staff.
Family room spacious and clean with access to roof top patio overlooking city. Staff was incredibly helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions as well as points of interests.

Hotel in posizione ottima nel cuore del centro storico. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare l’auto lontano perché, nonostante nelle informazioni fosse riportato parcheggio, non era precisato che doveva essere prenotato. Delizioso cortile interno per la prima colazione: peccato che in epoca di Covid non ci sia maggiore attenzione per la pulizia, si mangia su tovaglie di tessuto piene di briciole su cui si poggiano i piccioni.

Gute Lage, nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt. Rezeption prima - Zimmer stand sofort zur Verfügung - alles sauber - freundliches Personal - Mein Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!!
