From the moment we arrived til the time we left all staff we met made a big positive impact with our stay. Check in, bar, dining and service staff were great. As we are on an extended trip of 3 months staff changed our room to thd lower floor so we didn't have to lug our suitcases upstairs. We had a lunch and a dinner and both were wonderful and well priced.

Centralized to the town of Kildare. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two restaurants attached to the hotel. Will return to explore the area more. Was there only one night.

Good hotel - five-minute drive to Kildare station

I wanted a base for a weekend of touring in Ireland. Dublin is ridiculously expensive. Kildare is well located, especially for the railway, which is walking distance or just five minutes by car from the hotel. Restaurant was good - they had meals with vegetables and added additional vegetables at my request for no charge. My booking included breakfast, they were happy to cook me a bespoke breakfast, as the full Irish breakfast was ridiculously large.

The staff made our stay excellent, they were all just so friendly and nice. They wasn’t over the top they were just genuine and real. This was from check in to the cleaning ladies to the staff at breakfast and the staff in soul, everyone was great. The hotel itself was great, lovely room, very clean and in a great spot in town. The breakfast was superb and we ate one night in Soul which we loved the laid back vibe and that they cater for everyone with families and young and old in there in a great atmosphere. I hope some time in the future we will be back

The staff were very accommodating and provided the warm Irish hospitality. On the morning of the check out I mentioned my evening flight was delayed and would probably be cancelled. The receptionist immediately went on line to check for other options, now that is what I call good service!

Okay-nice room THIN walls

The Front Desk was very sweet and helpful. Room is nice however walls are very thin so if you plan on sleeping, you might want to bring earplugs. Regarding the restaurant: unfortunately the food was not that good very bland and cold for the amount paid. The service at the restaurant was not that good either. Would stay again with earplugs but I wouldn't eat at the restaurant
