One bad apple ?
Generally very friendly staff except in breakfast room where an older staff member, male of possible Italian background (?) was rudely made fun of my sister when she seemed to hesitate over which table to take only because I waved to her from another table I had chosen, unbeknownst to her. Employees should never mock the customers, specially in front of other paying guests. A real pity as everyone else in the dining room was extremely friendly and super efficient.
