Adequate. Nice view safe area.
Stayed one night off season. Room was small for two people but comfortable beds and bathroom. Great location right in front of the beach. Parking was easy and free since i stayed off season, however hotel offers onsite parking for an affordable price at 8€. A short walk on the beach takes you to the boardwalk where there are restaurants and bars. Friendly front desk staff, the room I was given had a strong cigarette smell and I was immediately moved to another room with better view. Unsure that would be possible during the busy summer season. Make sure you check if you want a non-smoking room. Adequate for a 1 night stay.

The hotel and accommodation were kept spotlessly clean. However, for a 4 star hotel the bath towels were very thin making it very difficult to dry yourself. Also a couple of items in the bathroom needed some maintenance.

Receptionist was rude on arrival. I had emailed before I arrived to say I did NOT want to have a room nea the lifts or entertainment noise which they answered. I was allocated room 103 which was right next to the lift. I was then allocated room 112 above the noisy party on the second night. No sound proofing so you could hear everyone flush their toilets, have a shower, walk around, opening cupboards etc. Very noisy. Hair in the bath that wasn't mine. Partial sea view which was good. Food in the restaurant limited choice at 30 euros before drinks that was for the main course I believe. All the other receptionists were absolutely fine. Original receptionist didn't give me the wifi code so had to go down. It didn;t work and she kept telling me it was the right code and it wasn't. Just hassle you don't need on holiday.

Four star hotel Guardamar
We booked 3 x double rooms with sea views. One of the rooms wasn’t ready for us we changed to another room and stayed there. Another room had a leak from the air conditioning into the bathroom again we changed rooms. The last room had no electricity in the morning as the kettle blew the electricity it took an hour before it was sorted. The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

All was good. Clean and air-conditioned rooms. Great rich breakfast. Reception 24/7, all good English speaking. Nice comfortable dining zone at the first floor. A bit expensive menu, but justified by “gourmet touch”: dishes are not simple in their recipes and decorations. Some of them - too much complicated with ingredients which in fact add nothing to taste, so as for my preference, better simplier but cheaper (I am not gourmand). Sea beach (thin sand), clean, located next to hotel. Sea was very wavy, very shallow bottom.

This is a nice hotel, right on the beach in Guardamar. The rooms are small-ish, but very well designed and pleasantly furnished. We had a great view of the beach. The front desk staff was excellent: professional, friendly, helpful. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth the money.
