There is nothing wrong with this hotel, room is spacious, clean, staff helpful, but still its "whithout soul". No nice decorative details, like in hospitals- clean and cold. Looks like big money making machine. I thought that food be awfull, but it wasn't (3*). They are trying to entertain their guests and be attentive, but this all inclusive is not for me, I prefere boutique hotels.

Overall very good indeed. Only downers was it was a little noisy having a room by the poolside (to be expected)and location of the hotel was about 1km up a steep hill from the main road. It would be helpful if the exact location could be advertised when booking if coming by car/public bus
