I would recommend! It was super close to the train station and the 24 bus which takes you to the big ben and soho. The room was small and not in super clean condition but it was definitely worth the cost. Good value for a hotel right by Victoria.

I thought this was a very reasonably priced hotel considering it is literally 5 mins walk from Victoria! Room was fine - memory foam mattress meant a good night's sleep. Shower was nice and powerful, there was a fridge and a tv so overall I was happy. Only very slight thing was there didn't seem to be a remote for the tv but that was a minor thing.
