Spa & wellness is opened only after 2 pm, bowling in the afternoon. There is no way to use any hotel facilities in the mornings. Wi-fi was supposed to free but there was no range in the room.

The staff was great and the room was ok, although the bed was quite uncomfortable. The dining room had awesome food. Parking was onsite and very easy. My only really complaint was that we could not use the steam room. Once we arrived the front desk explained that we needed to reserve the steam room in advance. I had never heard of such a thing ar a hotel. Very disappointing.

The check-in proves was atrocious. They needed a voucher. We didn’t have a voucher. They wouldn’t let us through... in the end I had to email them screenshots of my Expedia booking. The room was ok. Old style but clean. Absolutely loved the town though and the neighbourhood was lovely too

The spa was amazing on the roof top. It had a mood, everything looks new and the lady there was kind and helpful. Anyway all the staff were very helpful in this hotel.
