Really nice (new) hotel close to city center and public transport. Arrived with ferry from DK and had hotel in walking distance. Really good breakfast. Good rooms which were clean and quiet. Area around hotel is nice and city center is in walking distance.

Gau was so lovely showing us around when we arrived. Absolutely stunning hotel, lovely breakfast catering to all allergens and needs.

Potential of being good

This hotel has the potential to be a really good hotel. Great design, comfortable rooms, a nice bar and we really love the service and quality of Brasserie Draken. Unfortunately the hotel really need to do something about the appalling level of housekeeping, they either forgot to clean the room at all, or it’s half cleaned with missing towels, dirty glasses/coffee cups etc. We stayed for 4 night and not once was the room properly cleaned. Unfortunately there also seems to be an issue with staffing at reception, no one picks up the phone when you try to call and if you go down to reception to get help you’d be waiting for at least 15min as it’s too busy with guests checking in/checking out.

Fantastisk utsikt

Trevlig bemötande. Bra rum på 28 våningen. Stort frukostutbud. Restaurangen på 33 våningen bjöd också på fantastisk utsikt och god mat med trevlig betjäning. Enda jag saknade på rummet var Kleenex pappersnäsdukar samt långskaftat skohorn. I övrigt mycket bra, blir nog framtida hotellet vid besök i Göteborg.

Trevligt hotell i Göteborg.

Mycket trevligt hotell och mycket bra frukostbuffé. Sängarna var jättesköna och t.o.m. kudden var till belåtenhet. Rummet var tyst vilket jag uppskattar mycket. Ljudnivån var låg även på frukosten trots att det var många gäster. Snygg design genomgående i foajén, restaurangerna och rummen. Det enda jag saknade var topz och näsdukar på rummet - det hade varit extra pluspoäng. Vi var där i 2 nätter och tyvärr städades inte badrummet eller rummet under vår vistelse. Det tycker jag ska ingå.
