The room had a odd smell. The ac didn't cool well. Hand held shower only with no shower curtain. The address given is not where check in is. Very over priced.

The location where you check in and out from the hotel is in a completely different location across a bridge that goes over a canal. My initial impression was that this place was very unorganized. The room had no air conditioning and there was no shower curtain. The cleaning lady did a good job. At checkout I had to pay an additional fee for city tax. I have never heard of this. The hotel is in a great area and within walking distance to anything you need to see.

Great hotel in Venice
This is a great hotel. It looked like what I think a Venetian hotel should be. Nice accommodations, comfortable beds, very clean, close to St. Marks square. Had a very good breakfast and the dining room was very elegant. The people there were friendly and helpful. When we go back to Venice we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Quiet townhouse near all major attractions
This townhouse is whisper quiet and yet close to St Mark’s Square and water transport. Restaurants very close. I think this rates very high for price. Shame breakfast at different hotel and costs extra, otherwise a good stay.

Très bon hôtel bien situé. Attention, l’accueil se fait dans l’hôtel voisin, l'attente peu donc être longue devant la porte de l’hôtel lors de l'arrivée, le temps qu'une hôtesse arrive. Chambre, très bien, spacieuse et silencieuse. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte, mais fonctionnelle et propre. Petit déjeuné manquant un peu de diversité si on pinaille, sinon de très bonne qualité.

Minha estadia no hotel foi perfeita e muito agradável. Apesar do hotel estar há 2,5 km da estação é possível fazer a pé! O hotel é super bem localizado, perto dos pontos turísticos e de lojas. O check in assim como o café da manhã são feitos em outro hotel o que não é nenhum inconveniente. O café da manhã é simples, mas ok. O hotel é simples, mas confortável. Se eu voltar a Veneza com certeza me hospedo novamente.
