No Sea view
Very convenient location, only 3 min walk to train station. Staff was fine. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Biggest complaint was with the bathroom. We were traveling with another couple. They had the partial sea view room, but couldn’t see the sea unless they hung out the window. Their bathroom was small but had no water pressure. We had the ‘upgraded’ room’ with a ‘sea view’, but couldn’t see much for the trees and playground. And our bathroom was smaller even as an ‘upgrade’!! Only 1 person could fit in, and only if shuffling sideways. Sitting on the toilet, your face could touch the sink. I could deal with the small size, but not for $75 more per night over the downgraded room. Absolutely not worth the extra money for a ‘sea view’.

Good location, breakfast is good. But the family suite on the first floor, the rooms are unpleasant, all windows are covered by curtains that you couldn’t open. They are close to neighbors. The front desk service and breakfast are started at 8:30 am.

The room was clean and spacious. Sheets were missing from the sofa sleeper and a bedside lamp was broken, but otherwise a great room — clean and plenty of toiletries. What turned a great experience into a so-so one was the day manager. He was rude. There was a discrepancy between he and the night desk employee regarding late check out instructions which resulted in the manager yelling at me and harassing me via phone call and refused to hear that there was a discrepancy with instructions when there didn’t need to be. So I would recommend a stay here, but beware of the day manager.
