The hotel location first off was fantastic. In the heart of the historical city center. Everthing was walkable. The hotel room was quite large and roomy. There was no view but it was not needed as you are steps away from everything to be seen. The staff is very helpful.

Great area for walking around & shopping. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Lots of great dinning options. Staff - especially Leonardo at front desk was very helpful & kind. The stairs climbing up were no joke with 2 large bags but we managed. Was noisy early in the morning, was either workers with carts, trash or something was our wake up call each day. Happy hour was nice touch. Some hot items would have been nice during breakfast but was enough to get us started with our day.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. Overall, we had a great time. Checking in and out were very easy. Leonardo made us feel right at home the moment we were checked in. The room was spacious, clean, and warm. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with a lot of soaps, shampoos and body wash gels. The location was excellent! Close to everything: 5 min walk to the Duomo, the mall, the marketplaces. All day long, the hotel would have food and drinks. Croissants all day. All and all, we were very happy. Note for those with disability: there is a flight of stairs to climb before you can get to the elevator to go to the lobby. If you are on a wheelchair or having issue with going up and down the stairs, this hotel might not be a great option for you.

Check in was quick and easy, desk service spoke English. I believe his name was Fabrizio, he was so helpful. We were able to leave our bags with him before and after checkout. The room was beautiful, we didn't want to leave. The free breakfast was delicious, so much food to choose from, excellent!!

Great location, spacious room
Large tuscan countryside windows let the mid morning sun shine on the resting area of our spacious three guests room.Tuscan tile floors and convenient two sink bathroom,the shower could be rather small for a large person.Two TV sets, one for the bedroom and one for the resting area which had a sofa bed.Varied breakfast choices including delicious pastries. Excellent location,attractions,restaurants and shopping nearby.Our host,Leonardo was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs.
