Very hospitable owner who went out of his way to provide extra information and help to ensure we got the most out of our stay in Venice. Venice is a labyrinth so make sure to connect with the host before arriving as he is very willing to meet you and help you to find it.Rooms are clean and beautifully furnished.
Excellent service and close to major tourist attractions. Mario and his wife are very helpful 😀 I will come back.
This was a very good experience. The rooms and the place were very clean. The owner was very helpful and kind.
Top servis . Nádherné miesto. Blízko centra. Skvelý personál. Výborné raňajky. Nemá žiadnu chybu
Excellent attention and fast check in, check out. Comfortable big room. Very good breakfast. Cons : low water pressure, not enough warm water.
My husband, brother, and I stayed at the Residenza degli Angeli for three nights. Our check-in was very easy, and Esmeralda took the time to make sure we were settled in and provided us with a list of tips for where to eat and sight-see. Both she and her husband, Mario, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. One of our favorite things about our stay was chatting with them over breakfast as they shared their knowledge of Venetian history and culture. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was on a quiet street only a quick walk away from all of the sights. I highly recommend their B&B to anyone visiting Venice.
Great location, place is perfect for any couple or single traveling in Venice. Esmeralda has excellent and quick communication. The place is super clean, stylish, comfortable bed and she is available for anything you might need, including great recommendations to have authentic Venice experience. Thanks for everything!
The hosts were very nice and welcoming. I like how they reached out to us using Whatsapp and let us do an early check-in. I really appreciate that. The hotel is in a great location that is quiet but conveniently close to many attractions. WiFi was fast, something I'm always grateful for as I need to work a bit even when I'm away on vacation. The only thing I disliked about the place was the description of the breakfast as a "breakfast buffet," when it was just a basic continental breakfast. I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at hotels in the Americas, Western Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and nobody, I mean, nobody calls a continental breakfast a "breakfast buffet". Isn't this international hotel terminology? We had the same issue at the other hotel we stayed at in Venice. This is not only unfair to the guests, who expect an actual breakfast buffet, but also to the other hotels in the area that do advertise their continental breakfast correctly. We rejected several hotels in our search in Venice because they only offered "continental breakfast." This situation reeks of false advertising and unfair competition. Hopefully Hotels.com can bring it to an end.
Esmerelda was very kind and funny, she gave us some tips about the city and made us feel very comfortable!
Very convenient location, great room, we would definitely book here again on a future visit. Pleasant and informative host helped us make the most of our stay.
