We arrived at 13.30 hrs for the check in at 14.00. The receptionist was surprised that we have a check in at 2 pm and informed us the room is not ready and we have to wait as the normal check in time is 16.00 hrs. At 15.20 we have received a phone call that the apartment is ready. The room was awful. When you open a cupboard or a fridge - terrible smell comes out as it has not been cleaned for a while. The shower has was broken and my husband fixed it with the knife himself. Every night at 00.30 I heard how the toilet is flushing itself. Bath and hand towels smelled dump as not washed properly. To add the whole bathroom smelt of sewage for the whole stay. When we had a day of housekeeping 2 days after our stay - they did not even wash the glasses. Left everything in the sink, only made the bed properly and added 1 clean towel. On the day of departure in the morning at around 10 am when we left the apartment we have asked to book a taxi at 4.15 pm to the airport. When we returned to the hotel and asked to book it 10 minutes later they said we had a reservation at 3.45 pm. Even if it was a misunderstanding we asked to have it at around 4.25 pm. While we used a shower facility downstairs we were sure we will come out and the taxi will be there. It took a the receptionist 10 minutes to look for our reservation before she said there is no taxi booked for us. Then she called a taxi and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the car to arrive making us late to the airport. AVOID!!!!!!!!
