From the second we walked into the hotel we were greeted and offered help by the staff. Everyone we encountered was excellent. The one little thing that let it down was the breakfast for me personally as it was the same every day however this is a very minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

Amazing stay. The hotel is just beautiful and in a great location. We used the metroi to get to the hotel from the airport and it was easy and inexpensive. It is great that the station is connected through a bridge to the building. The pools had great views (although a bit cold, but that didn't stop me from getting in). Service and cleanliness was on point.

Rooms are clean and new with food amenities. Breakfast selection is ample and decent quality. Beautiful rooftop infinity pools available on 22 and 37 floors. Decent hotel gym available. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Best thing is location, direct access from BTS station and airport rail link. Within 30 min ride from airport and only 2 stations away from Siam station. Let's relax spa, 711, after you dessert and factory coffee all in same building or within walking distance. Highly recommend for modern, comfortable and convenient experience!

Hotel seriously let down by poor lifts

Amazing hotel but so let down by the lift systems. It takes so long (about 10 mins) to get any lift and if you miss any lift you can’t even touch the button. Don’t ever dare to forget anything from your room or it will be chaos to try and get it again.

We love Eastin Grand in all aspects. Whenever we go BKK we would stay here! The breakfasts in lounge or in the Market were perfect with enough varieties for even the pickiest eaters. The only complaint is the water pressure this time 😰 I washed my long hair in salon during my stay anyways.
