Not clean rooms
Excellent location in Interlaken, room was comfortable but they did not cleaned the room during a 6 day stay. Everyday we came back after our day trips we wiil find new towels and empty trash cans but they wiil not sweep or mop the floors. So any garbage on the floor was always there when we came back. Dissapointing !!

The hotel is a bit old and needs a bit of work… the bed, sheets and pillow were comfortable. Location is perfect for walking. The staff were very friendly, which I appreciate.

The bathroom in first room we stayed was moldy. Second room was better the value we got was nowhere close to price we paid, pretty basic motel type feel if you are coming from North America. We were forced to pay 2 weeks prior even though it was not clarified by Expedia when we booked. Hotel threatened to cancel reservation if we didn't pay 2 weeks in advance and Expedia wasn't helpful at all too!
