Old room with ancient bathroom. Interestingly, we saw into the room across the hall and it was refurbished, but ours was not. Hairdryer did not work. 2 of the outlets did not work. Shabby chairs and shabby table. Our rate included breakfast, and the sign outside the hotel said there was a "Nice breakfast", but no breakfast was available. On the plus side, the room was quiet and the adjoining restaurant. The lucky lucky was very good.

Easy check in. The room was comfortable but wished it had more electrical outlets & convenient light switches. Location was excellent as there were a lot of restaurant options & close to the Interlaken West train station. Nice overlooking the park where the paragliders land. Staff were great & helpful.
