Great stay close to the promenade
Really nice modern, clean hotel on a quiet street, five minutes from the Promenade, 5-10 minutes to the tram stop at Alsace Lorraine (tram to/from the airport) and 10-15 minutes walk to Nice Ville gare/station. Very friendly welcoming staff. Nice breakfast selection, breads, pastries, cheeses and fruits with eggs and bacon. Limited TV channels (just one English speaking channel) and shower was a bit limp at times but a very nice clean, modern hotel with lovely staff and in a great location, happy to stay here again.

Cote D’azur was beautiful. Room was adequate. We brought our son, and it was clear they put us in the ‘kids’ room as there were scuffs and scratches all over the walls. Shower was poorly constructed, very small, and leaked out on to the bathroom floor. Room had mini fridge and nespresso maker, no microwave, no kitchenette. We did not use their breakfast service. Staff was nice and accommodating, they put a pack n play in our room upon request, which was a big help for us, they also let me use the kitchen’s microwave in the middle of the night. Location was great; very close to the beach and street restaurants. I recommend researching restaurants and not just eating what is easily available, we were not impressed with the close restaurants (but that’s not the hotel’s fault). Off season price was reasonable, we paid $130 a night in November.
