Sorrento gem in May
This was the perfect hotel for us on this part of our trip! The location was excellent, the amenities including breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful! We loved our room with a balcony and because we happened to be there when the Napoli football team won the tournament, there were fireworks all around us which was special to see. We would highly recommend Tasso Suites to anyone visiting Sorrento!

Perfect location! Smack dab in the midst of all the action. Our stay was booked for 3 nights. When we first arrived, the apartment we were given smelled horribly of cooked fish. The woman at the front desk agreed that it was not tolerable and was able to get us into another room for the first night. (top floor apartment, which slept 10!) We then were transferred to a new room the next day. They moved all of our suitcases for us while we were out site seeing. The new apartment was fantastic! We stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to enjoy the street life below from our balcony - without it interrupting our sleep. Would stay again without question.

We love Sorrento and the staff is friendly but I do NOT recommend the hotel. The sofa bed sheets and pillow has mold stains, it was very disgusting. The bed has an uncomfortable uncomfortable matress it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The elevator is old and very small. The corridors are narrow. The floor is not tile nor is it carpeted, so it doesn't make the room feel cozy. The noise from the road is very noticeable in the room. This hotel in overall needs renovation. On the other hand, on Expedia they notify that there is Parking Available on Site and this is a scam since the parking lot is NOT nearby. The parking lot is approximately 11 minutes walking, it is uncomfortable and you must leave the keys. They do NOT have on-site parking.
