Fabulous Place.
Ideal location, very near to Piazzale roma and Santa Maria Train station, yet in a quiet and comfortable location. Reasonable price compared with other similar listings. Free luggage storage facility after check out was a huge relief. You can walk to almost any main attraction of Venice from here. Good options for food nearby.

Nice place
Nice place to stay. We could get by foot everywhere we wanted to go, so it was a plus. The room was clean and had the shower and a sink in it. Service was great. The only down was that since the building is old, it got very noisy especially in the morning. The cleaning staff was starting their job too early sometimes (first day was 8AM) and we could hear pretty much everyone coming in or out of their rooms all the time, because of the slamming doors. But overall, we enjoyed it !

Lovely hotel, lovely people, good location
I stayed here for 4 nights with my adult daughters, 5 minutes walk from the Piazzale Roma and well placed for walking to Rialto Bridge and St Marcs square. We had a triple room on the 2nd floor with a balcony over looking the street which was lovely. There was a shower and sink in the room and the toilet was on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future

Very authentic and great location. If you want a place to rest and sleep, then this is a good option. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t great and the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold.

Casa Peron is very close to the bus station and a water bus terminal. It was clean, had aircon and staff were friendly and helpful. There was a shower in our room, although not private as you can see into it. The shared toilet was upstairs, but clean.
