very pleasent stay.
the hotel was lovely. the staff were extremely friendly and provided good info about Venice upon arrival. the room was very comfy. We were in the room beside the terrace and it was very peaceful. there are stairs up to reception to be aware of beforehand. The Wi-Fi was very good in the hotel and it is very easy to find with Google maps. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly, in special to Ambra that helped us out with a travel makeup case that my wife forgot in our room. She did pack the case very carefully and we receive the package in the US a week later safe and sound. Thank you for helping us out with this matter.

Perfect Hotel for Venice.
Such a wonderful place! Right near the Rialto Bridge. Centrally located and just a quick walk to San Marco Square. The room is small but comfortable. Perfect for Venice as you want to be out and about. The Innkeeper was incredibly nice. I believe her name is Ambra. So helpful. So pleasant. I will stay there again when I go back. Make sure you save directions when they email you. Tough to find. Located down a small alley way next to the (ugh) Disney Store. Ring the bell, up one flight of stairs. No real sign except for the one at the beginning of the alley.
