Tiny bathroom
The people working in this hotel are super nice. We were shocked to see the size of this bathroom considering I am only 5ft 6 and weight less than 130 pound. When you sit on the toilet, your face is against the wall. After using the shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet. The room size is good. I just wish that the bathroom can be redesigned to be more friendly.

Loved Le Windsor and would stay here again the next visit to Nice. It’s in a great location with super kind and helpful staff. The room size was also good for the smaller room- the chairs maybe a bit large for the space but we weren’t hanging out in the room. We could walk to all the places we wanted within up to 20 minutes and it’s a picturesque stroll with the typical Côte d’Azur French architecture and shops. Also straight down from the train station and the Promenade. The staff is exemplary, every one of them. Rooms were cleaned daily except when we put up the DND sign. Garden space is wonderful at night and probably grand in the summer. All around amazing.

The friendly, professional staff of this charming hotel raises the Windsor above the usual boutique hotel. Although we arrived too early to take possession of our room, we were greeted warmly -- and with glasses of orange juice which we enjoyed on the terrace. Our room, indeed the hotel itself, was decorated with imagination and an eye for convenience. Morning breakfast is served in the hotel's garden, accompanied by birdsong. The full breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and highly recommended. Although the hotel itself offers a sense of calm and quiet, it IS located on the corner of two streets and street noise is inevitable if your room faces the street and, like us, you like to sleep with your window open. That didn't dim our enjoyment. of our stay at all.

The hotel has an excellent location for walking to the beach, restaurants and the train station. The representatives at the front desk are bilingual, courteous and friendly. A special thank you to Claire for her wonderful personality! The restaurant provides excellent meals for dinner, and weather permitting, in a wonderful garden oasis. My only negative comment would be the size of my room. It was too small for my wife and me although it would be fine for one person.
