100% money worth
This is an inexpensive hotel in a SUPERB location. Though by no means this is a luxury property, we got our expectations fully met. Hotel staff was 5-star quality: helpful, friendly, accurate. We were leaving at 5 am, and the concierge made us espresso before the restaurant opened. What a nice touch! The included breakfast was excellent as well, with delicious assortment and a view of passing gondolas right out the window. The room is very modest. However, it had a completely renovated bathroom with great shower pressure, and all the amenities. All the facilities were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to all the travelers who need a comfortable “base camp”, and are not willing to pay for the frills, they are unlikely to use because there is so much to see in Venice outside the hotel.

Excellent location
Excellent location close to San Marco and within close proximity to known landmarks. Great value and would certainly recommend. Breakfast was fine and unexpected addition to what was already a low cost booking.

Great location, small room and great staff
This was the first/only night in Venice since we were boarding a cruise ship the next day. There are definite pros & cons to this cute little hotel! Pros: great location! only about a 5-7 min walk from the Alilaguna (water shuttle from the airport). So close to San Marcos Square, only steps to a gondola ride (cuz y’all know that’s a MUST while in Venice) and there were LOTS of food & dessert choices close by. The staff was fantastic, so friendly and helpful! The hotel and room itself was clean. We were leaving early the next morning For our cruise (by 7 am) and the gentleman at the front desk let us eat breakfast early (based on the limited items available) and it was very good! I kinda wish we’d been able to see the full spread. Cons: the bed was EXTREMELY firm and to me, it was terrible (but after being awake for 36 hours, it didn’t matter, my husband and I passed out HARD). Also, we were in room 112 (location in the hotel itself wasn’t terribly important to us), but I didn’t think the bathroom door would hit the bed and not open all the way...that was cramped. Shower very small, but again, only one night and headed to a cruise ship, so small hotel shower was prepping me for a small cruise ship shower lol! Overall, I’d book this again if it’s only for a night or two.

Great accommodations for San Marco
Location was a 3-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The hotel and rooms were very clean. It was quiet despite being near a scenic gondola dock. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast provided many tasty choices. I would definitely stay again.

The front Desk personnel was excellent! The recommendations for sites to see and restaurants to visit were spot on! While the room was not the cleanest (Carpets went 3 inches up the wall and the corners were dusty), the room was fine. Any bed is comfortable after walking 10 miles like we did!r Great location with easy access to all Venice has to offer!

Awesome hotel
Awesome hotel, close to San Marco square, and the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had. Thanks to the nice lady at the front desk who helped me by calling the water taxi for me. Will stay there again!

Mostly great. I only wish they had AC, or at least mosquito window screens. Was warm. we slept w/open windows and woke-up with multi-mosquito bites.
