Pictures from the website were different from reality. They asked for more from a superior balcony and they gave us a room with a balcony where the floorboards were loose, walls peeling and dirty and rusty hangers for the towels. Very disappoint.

We booked a superior room weeks before. We arrived at around 4pm, our room wasn't ready, and the restaurant kitchen was closed so we couldn't even go and eat while we waited there. When we eventually got our room, it was tiny, and definitely not what we booked. We told reception, who told us that they would 'do something about it' but it turns out the hotel was fully booked so we were stuck there. At checkout, they told us 'don't worry about payment, and sorry about the room'. Little did we know that we had already paid for the superior room, so there was no compensation. Never again.

il posto dove si trova albergo è veramente belissimo, tranquilo e vicino al mare . un pò lontano dal centro della città , però vicino al paradiso.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Very genuine italian feeling. Great food, friendly staff and very nice surrondings. I will come back, for sure!

Soggiornato solo una notte per visitare Ravenna, ci siamo trovati bene.

Le stanze, pur essendo molto pulite, avrebbero bisogno di un restyling e di uno specchio grande. Il personale è accogliente e preparato. La colazione è abbondante e valida.
