Excellent choice close to the beach!
Peaceful and clean hotel a short distance from the beach. Check-in was a breeze. Plenty of free parking with huge auxiliary lot next to hotel. Bottled water provided in the room fridge for a modest 1€. Great free breakfast buffet and I must stress it was healthy fresh and 100% included with your nights stay. The owner really thought out the needs of the guests. My wife is Italian and I am American, we both agree this will be our go-to hotel anytime we go see a show at Hana-Bi.

Great Stay and Very Walkable
Convenient for train station and walking the city. Wonderful piadina place down the street, and friendly staff. Went out of their way to bring out a table at night so I could sit outside. Great breakfast. Beautiful town.

Room was very very small. I payed 10 eurs extra oer night to get bigger room. The room I got had a much smaller bathroom and still no place fo luggege

The location was excellent. Good breakfast. Ariana was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and pleasant. Our only caveats were that the shower lacked a shelf for soap and shampoo, so everything had to be deposited on rhe floor and risked blocking the water flow., and the hard tiling on the floor meant any noise overhead was deafening.

It was a pleasant place. the room was very clean and the bathroom very large. The only -1 point out was the materass, too soft and uneven. at 10min from piazza del popolo.

Bad night, good breakfast.
This hotel is somewhat outdated. The bed was not good. The A.C. was in sad shape. The TV had a system that didn't work. The staff didn't really speak English and were somewhat distracted. The breakfast was good.
