The hotel is not fancy, but our room has an attractive , clean bathroom, comfortable bed, a private balcony and a free minibar. The Happy Hour included wine, beer, mini-sandwiches, meat/cheese, snacks, and desserts. An excellent opportunity to meet others. The attendant in the breakfast room was very friendly and hardworking. We would recommend this hotel.

3 star hotel with 5 star staff. The hotel had genuinely nice and helpful staff. On arrival, they made it easy to park the car and forget it rather than have to deal with driving to downtown Florence yet the location is close enough to walk to the center in 20 minutes. Comfortable and quiet room with a great bathroom/shower area compared to most hotels in the class in Europe. Nice sitting area in the lobby. Nice touch offering a complimentary happy hour and minibar drinks. Have stayed in fancier 4 and 5 star hotels in Florence where expectations were generally met, but this one exceeded our expectations and we will likely return. Highly recommended for a moderately priced hotel in Florence.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and simply incredible amenities (free happy hour with food &drinks, free mini-bar, free sparking water, and free parking. Plus, the rooms are stunningly beautiful.
