Fantastic stay. Very easy check in - all staff spoke good English. Room was great, not huge but perfectly big enough for a couple. Bathroom was fine. All perfectly quiet when window was shut. Location was absolutely perfect, 10 mins to colosseum and Trevi fountain, gelato shop right next door! Lovely stay. Thanks.

I got robbed and assaulted in hotel Martini. The redemption guy let the robber lose while I was screaming for help. They were not calling police, I called 211( Rome police). It’s a scary place.

Comfortable room, great location BUT no masks worn
The location was great and within walking distance to the main attractions. Also the hop on hop off bus was nearby. We were surprised to find the hotel on the fourth floor of a building. The staff didn’t understand English very well and none of them wore masks, even when they entered our room!! I have a criticism of Hotels.com because when I put a filter for ‘parking including’ many hotels have ‘parking available’ listed and in fact there is no parking. We were lucky to find a white parking place in the street near to our hotel where we parked our car for three days but we were anxious having to leave our expensive car on the streets in Rome. If we’d understood the wording of ‘parking available’ we would have chosen somewhere different.

Location was great and very central to key tourist sites. Breakfast facilities & food offering were adequate. Size of twin bedroom & bathroom was compact as to be expected, certainly not quite the size it's portrayed in the pictures but clean and tidy. Staff were courteous but they seemed to change shifts frequently so some were more helpful than others depending on who was on duty. The toiletries supply was very minimalistic - just 2 small bottles of shower/hairwash gel, 2 shower caps plus handsoap from a dispenser. I wasn't looking for a big offering but usually have received a smidgeon more. Luckily we were not relying on their supplies and had our own but could be awkward for those travelling lightly and avoiding liquids in their luggage. There was a kettle and a little coffee/tea/sugar in the room - but no milk which I had to ask for when I made one cup of instant coffee. The staff member seemed surprised when I asked for some milk.
