My fav hotel in NYC I have ever stayed. Best view of the Empire State Building from the bed. I was there for 7 days and housekeeping cleaned my room everyday and made my bed (free of charge). Front desk were quick to solve any problems. The only issue were the elevators kept being slower and took forever, other than that I’ll be staying there again when I’m back in NYC soon.

Stunning room, lovely welcoming check in staff. The only slightly negative would be the service in the restaurant. Lots of wait staff standing around chatting with their backs to the room so difficult to get served at times but the food was good
