Perfect
The hotel was in a perfect location, quiet, clean and very well maintained. The front desk staff were very tentative and very helpful. Breakfast was substantial and very well presented. The room was a bit small considering it was a deluxe room but it was fine, cleaned regularly and quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is amazing as is very close to the Arena, other attractions, shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the train station with lots to see along the way. All staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent locations
Excellent location. Hotel is in the middle of everywhere but in a quiet lane. The only complaint is the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything from the next door and corridor.

Didn’t get the room that I reserved They gave me a downgraded room. Cheap and with not A/C working. Next day after a more than an hour of discussion finally y got the room I reserved throughout Expedia and with a working A/C. Never get the bottle of wine. The first room they gave was cheap. When I mentioned the bottle of wine I told them that it was offered by Expedia but the hotel told me that that’s up to them to let have the wine. In fact they have porters encouraging people not to use internet companies (EXPEDIA) and instead use their own web page because they got better prices, ( I took a picture of that poster). They are not professionals.. I’m not implying nothing , all these remembers me the book “Ali Baba and friends ” I do not recommend these . . . hotel.
