Only a 3 star hotel experience
I would consider this a 3-star Hôtel even though it is listed as a 4-star hotel. Staff was okay. Even though it states 24 hour check in I still had to wait for a room. Long wait times for the elevator!! And the wifi was not available my second day. Lots of unhappy people.

Convenient location near Milano Centrale.
Great boutique hotel located across the street from Milano Centrale. Perfect location if you like to hop on the train the next morning or anytime. It is also nice for them to include breakfast and dinner in their room pricing. It can be very convenient although not the best food options (buffet style). The room I got was small but cozy. The work station is not very comfortable because it's simply a small wood bench and not a comfortable chair with back support. They have a small lobby with a mini bar but no SPA or swimming pool.

Highlight of the Milan weekend away
Location is great train station across the road and metro just outside, walked to the duomo one day to explore the neighbourhoods took 30minutes. There are number of places for food near the hotel, small supermarket. However the breakfast and dinner in the hotel were exceptional, the taste the quality, everything. Great choice and selection and also great service, very friendly staff.

Great location by Milan Central station
Staff were all friendly, front desk was especially efficient and professional. Cimpliments to that. I booked a double bed room was given a 3 single bed room instead which is ok by me, however the carpet was tainted with several grayish spots at the entrance area that was not expected, not the best first impression. Otherwise everything else was fine. I enjoyed my 1 night stay. Close to Milan central station is a great plus.

Great stay, excellent location and service
We stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary. They didn’t know that, but upgraded our room to a jr suite. It was very modern and clean. If you like firm beds, you will enjoy it. It’s a great location across from the train station and around the corner is a sandwich shop that has very reasonable prices. The free buffet breakfast had a lot of variety.
