We decided to choose this hotel because our check in time was late and the booking included a free mini-bar (excluding alchohol) which we thought would be ideal. When we arrived at our room, the minibar was completely empty. After calling down to reception to notify the hotel of this, they gave us two bottles of water. How disappointing..

Rude front desk. Very unhelpful. They treat you like you are a local and that you know your way around the city. The room smelled like piss. It gets so loud at night in that hotel, you feel like everyone is in your room. If you are staying more than a day, you need to conserve your shampoo or just buy one because you will only get a refill when the housekeeper is there in the morning.

The hotel's location is excellent....walking distance to Milano Centrale Station. The staff was very helpful. The room was very basic, although the bathroom was better than I expected at this type of hotel...good size and well-functioning shower. There is an elevator, but it is very small. The room was quite a bit more worn than depicted.

I like their breakfast room. It's cheerful and the lady that serves us is very nice. She makes great cakes.

The location was good, very very close to the Milan central station. The breakfast was too good. I liked one thing that they provide 1 extra pillow for each guest which is not usual in other hotels. Only thing I didn’t like is even if you stay in the hotel and store your luggage overnight, they charge 5 euros per piece of luggage which is unusual . Because I stayed in other hotels in the vicinity, they do not charge anything for luggage storage for their hotel guests.

I was traveling in and out from the Milano Centrale station ,so my priority is the location and easy walk to the station. It is located in few steps from the station, a 1 minute walk . The hotel was good, liked their breakfast, have plenty of choices . The room was not spacious at all. We were 2 adults, so managed.

Room was very small and not clean. Dog hair on the bedspread. I've never seen a tub so small and although it had a shower, there was no shower curtain. Maid started banging around outside our door at 7AM. Not what we expected.
