This hotel is HIGHLY NOT-RECOMMENDED. This so-called 4 stars hotel did not offer any service, much worse than a 2 stars hotel. First of all, the facilities are old and our electric door sensor was even not working during our last night. When we told the frontline staff on this issue, they were not giving a helpful hands to help at all, just to give us another key card. One of the staff said impolitely that he did not know English and refused to help. Then, upon our strong request to have one of the staff to help open the door with key, the hotel sent one bell boy to help us to open the door for us who was quite helpful in this sense, During this incident, it showed that the facilities were really poorly maintained and the poor service standard they offered. Second. the hotel reception was located at the -1 floor with stairs which are difficult for guests with a large luggage. Upon our arrival, none of the staff offered any help to us. Third, they arranged first floor room for our 3 nights stays, there was no air-conditioning during the winter time, so that we had to open the window to get some fresh air in. However, the room was too close to the road which was super noisy at night and we couldn't have a good sleep at all during our stay. Lastly, this 4 stars hotel provided just the paper cup in the room, not even a proper cup or glass as it is very eco unfriendly. And, worst still, they did not offer any replacement for the used coffee or tea pack at all.
