I stayed at this hotel during Covid-19. Me & my Fiance were stuck in Dubai. This hotel is AMAZING! The staff that work here are wonderful! There was a lady by the name of Doreen that works here. She did everything possible to make sure we were ok for our entire stay. She went above & beyond at making sure the guest were well taken care of. I have visited several hotels around the world but I have never been to a hotel like this. The staff here takes hospitality to a different level. They don't treat like a guest that's just staying in another hotel. They treat you like family. You definatly know that you are wanted & welcomed there everytime you see them. I will not go to another hotel. When it comes to a hotel in Dubai i will always go to the Time Oak & Suites Hotel in Al Barsha heights, Dubai.

Stay here regularly, always well looked after. Staff are good, very helpful and go the extra mile. The pool has great 'aspect', sun shining all day. Its immaculate. Not a critisism, merely a slight observation but the room decor is slightly dark/ dated but maybe its an Arabian feel. Its was in good condition and clean but newer hotels have a slight more contempoary feel. Good value, will stay again
