Arenal Springs Resort

This was the most beautiful place and even thought the pictures are pretty, they do it no justice. A true resort and luxury haven. The staff and service was inpeccable. The setting, springs and cozy rooms made it over the top. We will be returning here next time we visit costa rica. IT was very close to the volcano with amazing views and close to the activities we wanted to do like ziplining at the volcano. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

We stayed for 2 nights, with 2 kids and 2 adults. The hotel was taking COVID precautions (always requiring reservations to control restaurant occupancy, masks and hand washing required, extra cleaning, low-contact breakfast) that felt reasonable, but still safe. The kids (and adults) loved the pools. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful stay overall and highly recommend a visit.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional from check in to check out. We came for the hot springs and were pleasantly surprised by all of the personal service and extra touches and complimentary items. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was above average with an all around selection, but have had better. Not huge, but all amenities are closely located. Would recommend.

Beautiful view and grounds. Nice rooms. Pools not very big. Drinks and food were pretty expensive

El lugar, estadía y servicio fue excelente, les agradece,is mucho. Constructivamente les queremos contar que cuando pedimos el plato especial que era limitó y camarones jumbo, la carne la pedímos 3/4 pero el término alcanzaba cuando mucho termino medio, a mi no me importa mucho, de hecho no se lo mencioné al mesero pero pues los términos en una carne es de respetarse y cuando le toca a gente que si le importa puede ser un mal rato para cual quiera pedir que le cocinen mas la carne. La pizza y el sushi excelentes más aún el sushi realmente muy buen chef

Our stay has been magical!! This is the first time we’ve traveled during COVID, and I was SO IMPRESSED by their precautions and the complete beauty and cleanliness of this resort. We were greeted with such amazing service and it never stopped once we got here. It’s a GORGEOUS resort with so many amenities.
