Great location and lovely apartment
Slawkowska 11 Perfect location - an easy 2-minute walk from the main square where the office is where you check in, and the centre of gravity of Krakow. At the same time beautifully tranquil A really nice feel to the apartment- warm, well laid out, cosy Friendly people in the office Parked car in a guarded parking area whose entrance is off Karmelicka just north of Rajska. PLN 50 a day but didn’t want to fuss about with finding and paying for on-Street parking spots. About 0.7 miles away. Because you can’t park within Old City. Single negative was that WiFi was unavailable for more or less duration of our stay. Office explained at end that was because they were upgrading to fibre.

Was not in the advertised location, and was unable to sleep due to 24h noise from trams outside apartment, i was expecting to be in traffic free part of old town square. We were actually 15 minutes away on starowislna. Very thin curtains didnt block light at all from shops opposite and we were concerned about privacy.

The property was located close to the city centre. It was spacious and modernly decorated. Communication between the owners was great, we didn't have any problems collecting our key or getting to the apartment. However, the train/tram went straight outside the room so it was hard to sleep as it was very noisy. The apartment also hadn't been cleaned very well. The bin was full, there was hair all over the towels and on the floor and the shower was dirty.

The noise from the trams all night. The pillows and duvets are old and need replacing. The apartment was too hot and impossible to cool with just three windows to open, if you do open them the traffic noise is horrendous. The booking was misleading, from the initial description it appears that you are booking an apartment near the main square when in fact this is only where the reception is. We then had to walk 20 minutes with our cases. The apartment was described as a supreme double, it was nothing like the picture shown on the site. The apartment was overpriced and a real disappointment to us.

The apartment it’s self was very clean, spacious and suitable for families with teens and could not be faulted, however it’s a long walk from getting the keys at the office in the main square to get to the apartments. You have to walk it yourself with all your luggage and that was a real negative for me. Once we were at the apartment there are quite a few steep steps you walk up to get into the building and then there are more steps to climb to get to your room especially if like us you are on the top floor and carrying your luggage. This hotel is definitely not for anyone with mobility issues or who hasn’t got a good level of fitness.
