I booked the residence 2 bedroom. Arrived there for check in time at 3 pm the room was not ready until 2 hours later. The room was still dirty from the previous guest. The shower was clogged in one bed room and in the other the shower door did not open because it was damaged and only extreme hot water was coming. The beach was dirty with floating empty plastic bottle and fruit rests. Called the reception to complain and told me they will call the manager to call me back never happened. Over all waist of my money very disappointed never again.

The service was amazing. Staff was attentive and anticipated needs. My main issue was that I paid for a sea view but I couldn’t see any water. I inquired with the front desk, but they insisted it was a sea view. The extra money was definitely a waste.

Beautiful resort hotel, very clean, great service and lots of restaurants. The pool and private beach were especially popular for our family. Rooms were spacious, beautiful bathroom as well.

Corridors' carpet are dirty and full of mildew and molds. If you're allergic be warned. Pools were closed. The hotel is in a remote location far from the main city.
