Staff were lovely. Beds super comfortable great shower and bath. Tv very small it was a smart tv but no access without your own account. No pool which is surprising for a five star. Hotel breakfast was good but not really five star. Great service though lovely coffees. Overall was a lovely stay but genuinely not better than most four stars I’ve been to.
