The check in was abrupt and like I was intruding on their work day. I was given all of the information I required, and was ok with the room and access to my unit. Checking out was just dropping keys off.The location was easy to get to once you found it but it was a hidden from view from the street. A bigger sign on the glass doors would have helped.
