The bathtub had huge chunks of missing paint. Obviously it had been painted rather than replaced and looked terrible. Found a dead fly on the night stand. Side stairwell needs a bit of repair.

Check in at front desk was really nice. The gentleman at the front was very kind. Room was clean. Staff was unable to answer call from room, but it was later in the evening (11pm) and during COVID they may have less staff. Overall a great experience especially during Covid.

Very well kept during phase 2 of COVID. As expected the restaurant, pool & gym were closed down. There were signs saying that the breakfast was to go only, however, the breakfast was not set up the two days I was there; which is fine I would have expected it to be closed off during COVID but maybe ammend the signs to say that the breakfast is closed. Unless i really just missed seeing food on the displays. The room was great. There was always someone at the front desk, however, sometimes they looked miserable to be there (out of boredom maybe), I would walk past and smile or nod my head at them and they didn't acknowledge me except for two who greeted me back. Check in and out went smoothly. I was in town for personal family business but would stay here again with my husband & son while visiting family.
