Our sliding windows rattled so bad we could hardly sleep ether night. The property was being remodeled which was distracting With detours and construction equipment every where. The bar tenders were like zombies and could use some training on making customers fell more welcome. All in all i was not impressed with our experience. This is the first negative response I Have ever writing and with the issues we all face with the virus and the challenges ahead created by it maybe getting staff to understand that things aren't the same as usual and everyone will need to be smarter, sharper and work harder to make your property the one of choice for travelers in the near future. This hotel is gorgeous. They were undergoing renovations when we were there, but it had zero impact on our stay. Gorgeous views, close to Whaler’s village. Lovely stay.

Great place - nothing fancy like the Ritz, but very easy to check in early and check out late and still enjoy the pool. Easy walk to Whaler's Village for some food too. We parked the car and didn't need to use it during our stay! It definitely catered to the timeshare crowd that made up most of the clientele.
