We had a fabulous stay here. Accommodation was very good, and excellent value. Very close to transport, and a good variety of food options close by. Staff were outstanding, including providing a card and chocolates as it was my birthday during our stay. We love apartment accommodation in Melbourne and this is one of the best. Will definitely return!

The air conditioning was out the entire stay. We didn’t find that out until we got there. They offered to refund us, but there was no possibility of getting a decent rate anywhere else with the upcoming holiday. We have also never been to Melbourne so we don’t know where to look. And had flown in from across the country. Also, the front desk is only open 0900-1700 M-F. No instructions given for if we wanted to checkout before 0900 or what to do if we had any issues. We wanted to check out earlier, but couldn’t since there are no drop boxes or anything.
