Welcome to Montreal
Perfect location, nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great find

complaint
Breakfast - very poor. Very little selection. Apart from eggs, cheese and two types of croissants, this does not act as a continental breakfast. Coffee was more like hot water with some colouring. Air-conditioning was constantly on. It could not be controlled from room and provided had to be contacted to disable it fully. The TV signal was dropping on an on and off basis. Staff was excellent and very helpful but I felt very sorry to put them in this awkward position. The area where the hotel is situated is occupied by homeless citizens and it is full of litter.

Unassuming but Good Value
The hotel is very conveniently located - a 15 or 20 minute walk to most main attractions - Old Town, Museums, Art Galleries.. We rated the restaurant well for food and wine variety and service . We enjoyed our stay at Zero-1 after the initial surprise of finding the room had a microwave but no plates, cutlery etc. These were happily provided on request.

Mediocre
It was just mediocre. Room was very dark and small and morn much amenities in the hotel. I think I can find somewhere better to stay with the same amount I spent here.

Wonderful location.
Great hotel right downtown. The price was a bit higher this time and we were near the elevator which is just a little noisy.
