In need of work but staff were great.
Staff were excellent -very friendly on the front desk. The lady checking if in gave us a better room which was lovely of her. Exec room was large and well equipped -in fairly good condition but the corridors, lifts and communal parts of the hotel are poor. Carpets and walls are stained and in need of repair. Lifts are tiny and staircase is cramped,cold and not very practical. It's very central in Kenilworth and near bars, coffee etc but definitely in need of some work.

Cleanest Holiday Inn Iv ever stayed in. The room felt fresh & spotless. Breakfast was an issue - the hotel we stayed in was very big but the restaurant/eating section was too small for the amount of guests so we had to miss out on breakfast.
