Great place to stay with a group of friends! 2 bedrooms cute size living room & kitchen. The area is walking distance to the Alamo and downtown River walk! The only complaint is that I have a 1yr son that likes to open doors & unfortunately the front door locks inside with a push button, the button unlocks as soon as the door is open and he was able to go outside a few times, we decided to barricade the door with chairs to prevent him from opening the door - I would not stay here again with a toddler for safety reasons, I would recommend to add a traditional chain lock on top of the door for the safety of children, like my 1yr old.

New place, still working out the kinks
We really wanted to love this place but it fell short. The lights in the unit are motion detecting so we were up every 30-45 mins the first night thanks to the bedroom light turning on anytime one of us made a move. This made it also impossible for me, my husband, or our toddler to get any sleep. The Sonder staff was very nice and tried to reprogram the lights but we ultimately just had to tape over the lights. We then had to sleep the second night without the ceiling fan on because that light (which was on its own switch) kept randomly turning on. I’ll also note the only TV in the unit is in the bedroom, even though the booking photos show it in the living room. If you’re traveling with a child, have fun sitting around the living room with no TV while they sleep in the bedroom.
