Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm extremely upset. I was awoken by cold water coming down on me while i was still in my bed. Called the office right away to let them know. I put towels down and took bags out of garbage cans and placed them under the waterfall. Decided to check out since they couldn't get a hold of maintenance. Young man at front desk was very apologetic and said the manager would call and try to settle up with me. 48 hours later, still haven't heard from manager and no type of compensation of any type. My best advice, spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

Room was neat and clean. Hardwood floors. Beds are on wheels, so don't lean back against the headboard- the bed will roll away! Also, no functioning bathroom vent fan, or there just isn't one.. Check-in was friendly, quick and easy.

Okay stay!
Wifi was not secure so if you're needing a secure network for work or your safety be aware. The facility was run down and the pool area was not in use but being used as a storage area with broken windows. The room was clean and you could tell them floor was updated recently to a wood looking laminate. As you come into a room generally you'll find a table with two chairs or a nice large relaxing chair but when we walked into the room we were assigned there was one dining chair in the corner by the window next to the door and another chair tucked right infront of the TV, granted the TV was on a long desk/entertainment center where a chair was probably intended to go but it was weird to us compared to other rooms we've stayed in over the years. In the 5 days we stayed, housekeeping didn't come in to even change the garbages and when my husband went to the front desk to ask for the garbages to be emptied while we were out because they were over flowing by the third day they simply said for us to go find housekeeping but then handed him two or three garbages bags. My husband says the front desk guy seemed put out by his asking. This same guy (Victor) was working the morning we checked out and he didn't seem happy when we called to verify our check out. It wasn't a bad stay but if we were to bring our kids this is not a place if stay at.
