Good hotel at central bus station
Average rooms with city views, pool, sauna and gym on rooftop. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner only. The food is good. The hotel has the flair of a business trip accommodation rather than a family-friendly holiday hotel (if you're looking for the latter I recommend its sister hotel in Playa de Torrevieja or, if you prefer Benidorm city, check out the amazing Flamingo Oasis hotel), but Benidorm offers a lot of tourist activities and this hotel is well-priced.

Location was good , food was terrible staff very friendly, room were clean. Hotel needs to be modernised No facilities in room for tea and coffee Fridge was not working , bathroom needed updating although kept clean. Gym was terrible all equipment was out dated and not working Cupboards for hanging up clothes was not ample for three people, had to keep my belongings in suitcase. No iron in room , although you could go to reception to get one. Grade is more three star than four star rating. My room had to be changed as furniture was in poor condition , did give me another room which was bigger that suited us as there was three of us. Our visit was pleasant and staff were very accommodating.
