Good business hotel
Overnight stay on a business trip. Excellent location and perfect for such a stop. Next door to the zoo so handy if you’re visiting that as well.

Disappointing 2nd stay
Our 2nd time at this hotel ... disappointed to say, we were not as impressed on this occasion. There was dust around the bed legs and on the top of the headboard. One morning we were preparing to go out when the housekeeper knocked on the door. We did not have a 'do not disturb' sign and I tried to ask her to come back later but she didn't understand and came in anyway to change the bedding and towels. My husband and I were partly dressed and my 10 year old grandson had just finished showering and found it very embarrassing. We went out and returned later to find the cleaning had not been completed - bathroom was untouched, cups hadn't been cleaned and tea, coffee etc had not been replaced. On our last evening, we returned from a long day out to find an extra bed had been brought in, presumably in preparation for the next occupants. Will be going to Rotterdam again but will most probably not stay here.
