The staff were nice and friendly and the daily activities was awesome for the children and the adults. However i am disappointed with the room cleaning service. Me and my family stayed at the resort for 5 days and not once did our two bedroom bungalow got cleaned! So disappointing!

The staff were so friendly and attentive. The facilities we're good, especially the water activities shed. But it felt a bit sickening to know we were paying the equivalent of about 1.5 days of staff wages to buy dinner ($65 Fiji dollars). Normal for a resort. Fiji (and Raro and Samoa) governments and resort owners need to sort this out. Makes visiting the islands less enjoyable. Yes we tipped, but that base income needs sorting out

We went a week before the schoolies and the resort was carrying out renovations everywhere throughout the facility without prior informing us. They rebuilt the path in front of our room and for 3 days we had renovation works happening just at our doorstep. one morning an excavator was adjusting the sand in the main beach at 9 am. On our second last day, they started cleaning the pools and emptying them. My son almost fell in one of them as there was no security fencing around to inform guests of the works. I was really disappointed as I felt they put all their effort into the schoolies that were about to arrive but not into us. The food was not really good either.
