Good Hotel, poor air-conditioning, below par staff
We were in the executive room and top floor...their most expensive rooms and the air conditioners did not work at all. It was fuming the whole time, like greenhouse as the sun would beat in. Upon complain, was told that we should open the doors...imagine we surviving by opening doors with noise outside after paying top dollars 😡😡 Otherwise location is great, facilities are adequate. Staff have half baked knowledge. We're keen on boat ride to be booked from hotel and we were told it's cancelled due to may day. Only to find many other services were functioning fine. We bypassed hotel staff to book our own boat ride.

All in all the property was nice, very friendly staff, great location. A few minor discomforts. The hotel is a bit old, The beds, elevator and showers could use an upgrade. Buffet breakfast, wonderful variety but the fact that you are not allowed to serve yourself is ridiculous. And TV - Nothing in English - everything in Turkey even CNN. Got to understand that most guests speak English.
