Great location
Only one elevator worked? Husband is handi cap very long wait to get in and out of room due to one elevator? TV did not work first day. And I have been charged an additional 600 dollars after check out. I did not get a receipt upon check out? . Called to inquire why the additional charge. Asked three times to please email a Receipt I have had no communication from them since the last telephone call I initiated. Upon which the reason for the additional charge they said was a 7 day hold? Don’t understand that?

Disappointing
Only one elevator worked. Long waits to go up and down. Had to keep resetting the keys. Had to ask multiple times for towels and garbage pick up. Staff was not knowledgeable. Breakfast room floor was very sticky. Told staff toaster did not work everyday. Nothing done. Initially the key they gave us at check in was for the wrong room luckily we didn’t walk in on anyone. When we saw clothes and bags we walked out and went back to check in.

Definitely NOT worth the price.
When we got to the hotel we were told that one of the elevators was not working. We learned that it had been out of service for over three weeks. 36 floors and one small elevator. Really? Worst of all, the housekeeping staff would ride on the one working elevator, which meant that only 4 patrons could ride at one time. The room was just OK. The bathroom was the size of a broom closet. Our room didn't get cleaned the entire time we were there. There was such a long wait for the elevator in the morning that I trudged up all 12 flights of stairs. This was the worst value we have ever had from a hotels.com stay. My husband is 77 years old and he had to walk down all 12 flights of stairs multiple times. I think we should get our money back. This was not a cheap stay. We thought we were getting a name brand hotel but Holiday Inn should be ashamed of this one.

Very small hotel. Everything was Very used and worn out. 35 floors and only one working elevator. Checkin took 45 minutes as there was a couple in front of me having issues and only one person working the front desk.

Just ok.
It was ok. Lots problems though. There was only one elevator that worked and the hotel had 36 floors. In the morning you had to wait along time. We ended up walking down 19 floors.ugh. Air didn’t work properly. It stayed on one temperature the whole time. Very cold. Hair dryer didn’t work. That was a big issue for me. And toilet seat didn’t stay up for men. Other than that the front desk people were very nice. Not staying there again. Never write a bad review but this had to be said.

elevator hell and cramped quarters
I was on the 33rd floor, and only one out of two elevators was working! I had to wait AT LEAST 12 to 15 minutes, and many times it took even longer. When the elevator did arrive, it was always totally crowded, and people were miserable, upset and angry, notwithstanding the health issues due to such overcrowding. I had a desk, but no chair, so I had to drag the desk to the bed and work that way. Not ergonomic!
