Another excellent weekend at Jackson's! Friendly staff who left a card and chocolates for my wife on her birthday... a lovely touch! The food as always was excellent! Breakfast was hot and everything was always available due to the diligence of the staff. The swimming pool and health suite didn't disappoint and was never overcrowded during our stay. Car parking was available either side of the hotel and only a minute or two to walk away. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back again!

I had a late booking on Easter weekend, I managed to get a basic room which was fine. My only problem was the shower, the water pressure was terrible. If you turned the shower rose upside down the flow would not rise one inch above the shower head. Thecontol for temperature was also defective which meant that you had scalding water until you fiddled with the control for5 minutes. I raised the issue with reception staff on first morning but nothing was done to rectify the situation over 5 days (albeit a holiday weekend)
