Sheets and pillows smelled like mold or wet clothes ., pictures on reservation are miss leading they show a ocean view to upgrade but that’s not what you get ., and reserved a king and got two doubles

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Campeche
We had an overall great 7 night stay at Holiday Inn Campeche Our room on the second floor with a generous balcony offered a fantastic view of the water and the amazing palm leaf restaurant that sits on the water's edge across the street. The malecon miles long walkway provided a picturesque and cooling stroll every evening to the center of town and to the "central park" of Campeche where we watched daily life unfold. There was one event during our stay that for some party goers went until 2:15 AM with some not so pretty and some very loud music. It was only a handful of people at that hour and I doubt that their side party was probably sanctioned by hotel management. However the hotel should better monitor this kind inappropriate late night noise. 2:15 in the morning is usually considered sleep time in most hotels. We will be back... after we check on any plans for late night loud music. DO GET A ROOM WITH A BALCONY!!!!
